As we transition back to live events, the safety of all attendees of Ray Summit is Anyscale’s highest priority. We have put together a careful and thoughtful COVID health and safety plan designed to protect our attendees, including these and more:
Masks are available onsite at the information and registration desks should you require one.
Hand sanitizer stations are prominently placed throughout the venue.
Attendees wishing to maintain social distance will be offered an orange lanyard for their badge to identify their social distance preference to other attendees. There will also be breakouts set with extra space in each room for social distancing along with a separate area for main stage viewing.
Hyatt is conducting regular cleaning and sanitization of frequently touched surfaces and high-traffic guest and colleague areas.
The California Department of Public Health strongly recommends indoor events with more than 1,000 attendees to require vaccination. As the Ray Summit is limited to 1,000 attendees, proof of vaccination is not required to attend Ray Summit.
The State of California and the Hyatt San Francisco do not currently have a mask mandate policy. Masks can be worn at the discretion of attendees but are not required to attend the event except as otherwise noted. Free masks will be made available for all attendees.
While masks are not required, the California Department of Public Health strongly recommends masks for anyone in indoor settings. Additionally, in accordance with updated CDC guidance, you should wear a well fitting mask if you believe you may have been exposed to someone with COVID within the past 10 days but are not showing symptoms and have either not tested positive or tested positive at least five days prior to the event.
If you have tested positive within the past five days or are showing symptoms of COVID or any other illness, please be considerate of others and do not attend the event. You can always join virtually by signing up for free here.
No. While there is no requirement to maintain a 6-foot (2-meter) distance during the event, please be considerate of those around you. Attendees wishing to maintain social distance will be offered an orange lanyard for their badge to identify their social distance preference to other attendees.
